Un professional, upper management does not carry themselves as such. Complete disappointment and if you can find another place for your child I would recommend those options, just my opinion.

Your caregiving salary is way too low for the stress involved. If you pay a decent wage your more apt to have happy caregivers that'll stay..

The Villa is a special place. If you’re committed to working with them, you will be able to find healing for your kids dealing with attachment. The staff becomes an extended family here and they take the time to teach trust to kids that need to understand it most.

Ok so I was once a resident here in my youth back in the early 90s... So why the five stars right? I was what at the time considered a "problem child". I was angry, reckless, and always gave the staff and the therapist hell! I constantly was running away into the mountains slipping out the window at night then climbing a tree, waiting for and watching the panic of the staff and management when they realized I was missing. I'd always come back smiling strolling through the front door like nothing happened lol. There was two staff people who I really looked up to and actually made a difference in my life. I only remember their first names the cook Zach and a resident staff Nicky. Unfortunately they probably will never know just how positive of an impact on my life they made. Anyway figured I'd just share a little bit of my story and of my experience here. 👍
