I have never experienced a property management company with this much unprofessionalism. The communication is terrible. The agent doesnt show the house, she unlocks the house, then asks you to please go outside so she can lock it back up. They gave us the wrong address for a property, then got upset with us that we didnt want to rent the smaller house. The address they gave us had the extra bedroom we needed. They just do not put an effort into even pretending like they want your business. We were approved for a rental but after a few conversations with the agent and possibly a manager we told them we would pass.

I do not recommend renting from this company. My boyfriend and I are renting a small one bed apartment, "the nicer one", and just about everything in here is broken!! We tried to get the maintenance people to come out here, never got a response, but then the maintenance guy just unlocks our apartment and invites himself into our bedroom while we were asleep.

Don't rent from this place if you can help it. The housing unit we are at has a 15 gallon hot water heater which makes about a 5 minute shower and 5 minutes to do dishes then it goes cold. The maintenance people don't knock or warn that they are coming in, they just come on in with their own key when you're sleeping and act surprised when you're upset about it. The house we are at is in a terrible area, lots of homeless people screaming at night and street fights happen. The communication from dunagan is lacking and the folks don't care about any situation that happens weather it's a government shutdown and people don't get a paycheck that pay period you get evicted. All headaches and anxiety with this management, definitely find somewhere else if possible.

Wow! Prices from these trash houses looking like the Bay Areas gentrification in California....get some more police corruption and got yourself a California town. Absolutely no reason for these old busted houses being priced out the way this company is renting them out. Corrupt town and greedy thieves.
