The Trinity Hotel & Restaurant

We were so excited to be able to experience this restaurant! While we did not stay here, we do recommend enjoys meal or a drink at this historic establishment. Our server was excellent and the food was delicious. I recall that the owners offer wine tastings from their own winery and endeavor to support local area producers. This was the worst experience we could have had. Not only did the drink I ordered taste disgusting, the food took over and hour to come out. The waitress was not attentive. At the end of the meal we had a $100 gift card that was a birthday gift and was purchased only a month prior to going. We were told that they changed computer systems and that it is no longer valid. Are you kidding? How do you take money from someone for a gift card and then not take it? They said they manager said there was absolutely nothing they could do and we we just stuck paying the entire bill. That is the most horrible customer service Ive ever experienced. We will not be returning and will not recommend. Insanity.

What a wonderful restaurant! First, our server (I believe her name was Jaclyn) was great! I loved her personality, she was very fun. The atmosphere, again great! The food, oh my goodness. Delicious, you can tell they really want to get the flavors perfect. It was a very enjoyable evening.
