TERRIBLE!!! NEVER AGAIN. I dropped off my dress on Tuesday and they said it would be ready by Thursday., and they didn't have it ready. I had to go on and bought another dress because they never had it ready.. talked to the manager, she started yelling and told me to call the district manager. Finally got ahold of her (Rita) and she hung up on me.
