        I have a loan thru this bank. When I try to call and make a payment, I can never get an answer. As of today, this is the fourth month in a row to have this problem.

        I have been the Quartermaster at the VFW Post 8703 in Carlsbad for some time now and CNB has been our bank. The staff has always been friendly and very professional. It's a small town bank and when I walk in the door, everyone greets me with a smile and wave. They make it easy to be a customer there! Keep it up, CNB!!!!

        Has to be the worst bank Ive ever been to. The tellers are rude as hell and they take 4 1/2 years to cash a check and make deposits.
