I highly recommend Paradigm PT and Wellness. I am a nurse practitioner and appreciate good professional PT, and I have received it here. Four years ago I broke 7 ribs, and with the skilled help of particularly Linda and Jamila, I recovered fully. Two years ago I had a knee replacement. I was up and around very quickly and have a fully functioning knee today. The care as well as the knowledge makes for a healing environment and I can’t say enough about them. I have had the pleasure of working with Ben and Cy at the Bernalillo location and have been extremely satisfied with the friendly, concerned and professional attitude they have shown during my recovery from a (Left) full knee replacement. Although at times the therapy can prove to be challenging both Ben and Cy are there giving positive feedback as I travel my road to recovery. They are very supportive and work with me to ensure goals that were set on my initial visit are met. Not only have I been able to meet those goals but in several cases I have beat them, and it is due in great part to the methods they use and the support they give. I look forward to continuing to work with them to meet the new goals after my 2nd knee replacement so that I can get my mobility back and move on to a normal routine. Overall the entire staff at the Bernalillo site are very friendly and helpful! Thank you all for being such an awesome team!
