I had porcelain tile installed a little over a year ago by All of State and have not been satisfied. I have had issues with the grout and also some of the tiles are not even. I find it difficult to walk in those areas since some of the tiles are higher than others. I have had to call several times for someone to come out and look at the tile. They do come out but I have to call two or three times before someone comes out. I am not happy with the installation and do not recommend them for any tile work for your floor. The last time I had ceramic tile installed by a private contractor was 20 years ago and never had the problems I am having now.

We paid for carpet in full on March 15th, a few weeks goes by we get a call saying they are it of stock to go by and pick another one we do then a month goes by no word from them. We finally get a call to set up a date for the installation which was April 25th they show up but it's raining so we reschedule for the following Friday they call and cancelled and said they will do it Saturday well we get no call and no show on Saturday.. so we figured they will do it Monday May 1st today no rain it's a nice day! I call and leave a message for someone to call me back I'm still waiting. All of our stuff is pilled up in the kitchen laundry room and bathrooms since Monday the 24th we have 4 kids we wanted the new carpets put in before our baby starts to crawl she's crawling all over now. The carpet we have is old and messed up from the last owners. we finally were able to afford to get new carpets but it feels like we won't be getting the carpet we paid almost 4 grand for anytime soon! it's just not right!

We attempted to order flooring in September and the wrong amount was ordered and the salesman had quoted us the wrong price. We started over, and the order was sent in for the wrong amount of product. After that, the product we ordered was discontinued. Now we have ordered a new product and it was to be installed today. The installers didn't show up and no one called to let us know. After calling the store, we were advise that the installer had been delayed and we needed to reschedule, which we have done. We have been repeatedly inconvenienced and are still without a laundry room floor in late December. I would never use this company again.

They sold me some "wood" high end flooring.  Well I later find out it is not at all what it is cracked up to be.  I called to try to get some guidance on how to clean it and make it look better and one employee said I will need to talk to owner.  I left a message to owner and he never returned my call.  Called a flooring repair specialist and it costs me $1,000 dollars to make this floor look right.Just be careful what you buy from them.  They do not support their customers!
