        I have been a long-standing customer of Coldwater Creek, but will no longer buy from them online. I returned a pair of shoes on March 16 and five weeks later they are still "too busy" to refund my credit card. Really bad service since they changed ownership last year. Don't buy anything from them online if you think you might need to return due to fit, etc.
