I walked into US Cryotherapy Albuquerque with lots of knowledge on cryo. I would do the nitrogen tanks with the head outside back in chicago. I was not able to move my body. Work the joints out. And have overall freedom of movement as well as having my full body have equal lowering of temperature. US Cryotherapy knows what they are doing. They have a friendly stays that is super informed on everything they have to offer. I fight MMA professionally and have had plenty of injuries. (Two MCL tears, elbow injuries, Shoulder injuries, wrist injuries, ankle injuries, etc) they know exactly what to do to help each issue. I've been a member for over a year. I go about 5 times a week. I powerlift and have a genetic condition that can cause chronic pain. Cryotherapy keeps my pain in check. I feel refreshed after every session! The staff is great! I highly recommend!

Learned about this therapy after reading wim hof. This is a powerful whole body treatment with many health benefits. I tried about 4 other cryotherapy places. The walk in chamber system us cryotherapy uses is way better than the nitrogen other systems. I am a practitioner and consider this an essential therapy. Also lost 20 pounds in about 3 months.

I truly love this place and the people who work there. I am a multi-disciplinary artist who travels often for work and also suffers from a musculoskeletal disorder and severe past injuries. There is no way I could live my life without the restoration I get from cryotherapy. With cryo, I can continue to paint murals, carry heavy and awkward camera equipment, and not burn out during 75-hour weeks on film sets. A cryo benefit that I don't think gets talked about enough, is how it also enhances my mood. When I am not in pain, it is infinitely easier to be kind to others and focus on tasks. I have utilized several different cyro companies in several different states and prefer the full body chamber compared to the partial body nitrogen tanks. I first experienced the full body chamber at US Cryotherapy in Redondo Beach at the Dodgers Training Academy (which is now closed), so when I decided to be home more consistently in Albuquerque, I was elated to find a US Cryo here. In many places I travel, I am unable to find any cryotherapy facilities, let alone one I am familiar with. I find the staff here lovely and it makes consistency easier. I never particularly bonded with any other cryo staff as I do here. The price point on a lot of wellness services can be high but coming from New York and Los Angeles, I find the prices here to be reasonable. Because it is more reasonable, I can come more often than when I am in other states which is a wholistic benefit that I am grateful for. When visiting more expensive facilities, I never tried compression sleeves or red light therapy like I have here. I've learned to love compression sleeves. I don't think cryo is for everyone but it keeps me out of the hospital and aids in my overall productivity. I can not recommend this location, Lou, and the rest of the staff enough.
