I want to give a huge shoutout to Kayla from the right way family. She explained everything that was going to me, she assisted in finding me insurance, she was very attentive to my situation and made sure I walked away safely in a vehicle I love ! When I first came to right away I was so excited cuz they worked with me with whatever I had in my pocket... then make 2 payment for the down payment than I'll start my regular payments They asked what I was interested in I told them ford escape I wanted the red my fiance wanted the white well they pull up in a Grey we said heck with it we needed a car... always on time with my payments Than our purge valve started giving out we called and called left messages was told 1 time they answered they were 3 months behind and told us to call r and r auto here they were 3 months behind and didn't know if the warranty would work long story short we paid out of pocket to get that fixed tires were bad exhaust was bad it was leaking gas a year later my transmission gave us problems they say we'll we have no record stating nothing was wrong with ur car we yeah u never clef back now there trying to take money out of my account that I didn't authorize
