I could go on and on about how terrible my expirence was but here is a small glimpse. I was told I bought enough solar panels to never have a PNM bill again but now I have a solar bill and a very high PNM bill. I also bought a generator that they never came and finished setting up. I have been blown off by their management team for 2 months trying to get someone out here to help me. We lost power tonight and I'm sitting here in the dark. 40,000 dollars just wasted. I'm am beyond disgusted with the company. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Don't belive those b.s. responses that the customer service will help you either, they are worse than their management team. I am hiring a lawyer and going to report them to the news. Probably won't do anything but it will make me feel better. Do yourself a favor and don't ever consider this company.

This company is the worst! We have been working on getting our solar put on and inspection after inspection for over a year. Cant get customer service cant get a call back! Finally get it working and less than a week it quits then when my husband trys to contact some he gets hung up on! I would not recommend this company to anyone! I would like some names and numbers of who we could contact to rectify this!

The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I'm not sure how a company this big can mess up the way Titan has and not have consequences. First we were sold partly on the large tax incentive. When tax time came around you better believe the finance company made sure I knew about it but when it came to asking for help on how to get this tax credit no one at Titan knew how to help. All I kept getting told was to talk to a tax professional. When I spoke with a tax professional I was told this was a scam. The rep at ENMRD (where you're suppose to apply for the tax credit) told me my solar company should've had all this completed for me and sent over. That's just the tip. This solar company has hired contractors who have made SEVERAL damages to my home. And that's been fun trying to get those fixed. It's a joke. Not to mention the installation. Someone messed up somewhere delaying the installation several months. I signed in April and solar was turned on in December. We were told 6-8 weeks and we'd be up and going. The really messed up part is that even though installation was not complete someone sent off that it was. So I had a mess on my home, no solar, an electricity bill, and a solar payment. Finally our solar was turned on in December and I'm still waiting for those damages to be fixed. I've even offered to hire our own contractor and to send them the bill. It was the worst experience I've ever had and I do not recommend. If you try to call customer service you're on hold for hours but if you leave a message they're suppose to call you back within 48 hours. They don't. I'm assuming they review the notes and don't want to bother calling back. Take my advice for anyone looking into this company. I'm not the first and won't be the last. All they care about is putting another notch on their belt. Go somewhere else. If for some reason I receive an apology at least and get my damages fixed asap I'll update. The least they could do is clean up their mess But I highly doubt it.

Will not return calls. Will send email responses that take days-weeks. They do not file state forms to certify unit and do not notify customers of this.
