My name is now Jacklyn Cataldo formerly BERTANELLI. Rate Golden story storage a 5 star and would rat higher. But cannot. I highly suggest and recommend that if you need storage unit you go to Golden Target The Manager Sandy is is extraordinary, professional and has exceptional customer service. Manager Sandy maintains the units in an extraordinary fashion they're clean and they continuously spray for bugs, they are clean and maintained well. They are foremost honest and respectful to your personal and business belongings stored at Golden Target to, most importantly they do not arbitrarily and fraudulently increase the rents every 3 months. Golden targets right increases are once a year that range from 6 to 8% which is normal Within the commercial in residential leasing agreement. Prior to renting at Golden Target I had briefly rented with Extra Place Storage. They are the the company with the green green doors. This is a horrible company home intentionally and fraudulently Lisa's storage units at a rate in the lease agreement and then 3 months later extra space arbitrarily increases the rent. In my case Extra Space actually doubled my rent for the storage unit. Then I purchased some storage boxes from Extra Space and they fraudulently charged me $158 without notifying me of the cost of the boxes. I highly suggest and recommend that if you need a storage unit please do not be victimized by Extra Space and come to Golden Target Storage. I absolutely will guarantee you that a Golden Target Storage you Lisa storage unit that are clean, bug free because they spray continuously and your property in storage will be safe. In addition, at Golden Storage you will not be victimized by arbitrary rent increases in violation of the lease agreement that you sign. Golden Target storage does not victimize their customers like Extra Space Storage who are notorious for victimizing their customers by fraudulently increasing rent for the storage unit after you move in. Extra Space Storage has a systematic pattern of fraudulently quoting you one price for the storage unit and then after you move in and expend those funds. Then Extra Storage arbitrarily increases your rent without notice and they do this with specific intent that their customers will pay these arbitrary and fraudulent rent increases because they don't want to expend the money to move to another storage unit. Again I reiterate please do not be victimized by Extra Storage!!! I strongly recommend that if you need a storage unit and you're looking for competitive rates, excellent customer service that you rent at Golden Target storage. I absolutely guarantee you that you'll receive the finest customer service at Golden Target by manager Sandy and assistant manager Wendy who is equally as wonderful as Sandy in providing excellent customer service to their clients. I wish to know that both manager Sandy and Wendy have extensive experience in customer service with storage companies each for over 30 years. They provide excellent customer service in a professional manner and most importantly they do not deceive Golden Target customers. I am a Boeing aircraft aeronautical engineer and test pilot and I have least various storage units across the country for years. I am a long-term tenant and by far golden Target storage has been the best Storage company that I have dealt with. I look forward to having a long lasting business relationship with Golden Target Storage. I absolutely assure you that if you lease a storage unit at Golden Target storage you will be pleased with their extraordinary customer service, rates and overall operation of the facility.
