I have been working with this company for awhile. Unfortunately what others have said below about certain employees within the management team is true, however the current branch manager Todd is trying diligently to clean the reputation of the company and improve the employment conditions for all security officers. I've seen Allied gain much better and safer security contracts in the last 6 months then ever had with previous branch managers. I've seen a much more diverse hiring pool coming from the head office then those previously sent to posts (many of which were security officers with very questionable backgrounds working with critical infrastructure). I've spoken with some of the site managers I know and have heard nothing but good about the current Branch Manager's efforts. Overall I think the quality of company is improving based on the current branch manager's and will continue to get better with more effort.
