Tyler and his team were amazing! The roof was repaired 1 day!! We were blown away with how quick we were able to contact, speak with Tyler, set up the appointment, and get the new roof installed. After deligantly searching for a roof repair company after the monsoon down pour. We read all the good reviews and gave 99Restoration a call. Jesus Rodriguez came by to inspect our roof and was thorough with the damage that was found and was patient and helpful with any questions we had. Jesus went above and beyond to help us get through the repair process. From the roofers to the person whom repaired the ceiling interior were very polite and professional. Tyler & Ali are so friendly up front, but then they are all business. No courtesy or compassion for the elderly and disabled. Just the job is done, now pay. Text messages and their "portal." Which is a PITA. All we wanted was the pictures their foreman had taken because we cannot get up on the roof to see the work they did. Their foreman took a lot, they sent us 4-5. Not even final pictures. They knew we were disabled. On the other hand, their workers are GREAT. Especially Robert. Careful and polite and friendly. Keep in mind $120 annual inspection. Overall a good experience. Would have been great if owners were nicer. Maybe a tough month. Believe me it's been tough on my end as well. Also, if you plan to stay home while they do the roofing work, it is beyond noisy. Put some headphones on and rock out! Service: Roof repair
