Good luck getting an invoice from him. Hell probably come up with an excuse and sound offended you ask. I also second his work is not comprehensive, but just ok for a handyman.

This is the second time my family has used Sky Blue Roof Repair and we are more than pleased with the work. My mom's house had 3 different companies come out and supposedly repaired her roof and each time the roof still leaked. Companies were trying to sell us a new roof but it had just been replaced under 10 years ago. Julio came out and did his repair and over a year out zero leaks anywhere. I just had him repair my roof and am confident in his work. He also offered a one year warranty adding to my peace of mind. Something that I particularly liked was he took photos of all areas of damage and then took same photo showing repairs had been done. I find him professional, courteous and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend this family owned business!
