I have purchased appliances for a lot of homes and commercial buildings I've owned and sold over the years through a lot of different suppliers. This is my first time buying through National Restaurant Supply. It was a bad experience from day one. The ice machine I ordered was delivered two weeks past the delivery date and was badly damaged. I notified the sales rep of the damage as soon as I opened the appliance and sent pictures of the damage. They took three days to get back to me and stated the ice machine won't be replaced or refunded as it was inspected by three of their associates. They stated they had video proof of this inspection by three of their associates, however this turned out to be false. They did not have any proof of any inspection of the unit and claim I took to long to try to return the unit. I can easily buy another ice machine from another company and move on, but the principal is the issue. I didn't drop or damage this unit. I sent pictures of the unit as soon as it was opened at my lake house. There is no customer service being provided to me or any accountability of any part. Public interest must be protected and this company could care less about service or their customers. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against this company.
