        After 1 year after close and the ability to customize the home at build, we are very happy. Our lot has great city views and the quiet days and nights make this a great place to live.

        We have only been in our home for a couple of days. We enjoy how tight the house is. The heater only kicks on a couple of times during the night. The tankless hot water heater is working real well. We have had no issues. If we do we'll contact Mr. Eric Crum and I'm confident he will have it taken care of post-haste! We are definitely loving our new Pulte Home!
