Its been over 2 years and I'm still ecstatic that I worked with the Templeton Team.  I worked with Chris Schlavin, and he helped me purchase my first home.  I am currently renting my home, and NEVER have trouble finding a renter.  This was one of my biggest fears being a Property Manager and I am so thankful that Chris kept this in mind while helping me chose the right location.  Thank you!!

Andrew was very attentive! He was constantly keeping us informed of the next steps in the Selling process and answering any of our questions. He also was able to get us in contact with a lot of good resources and people to help us be successful in getting the most money for our house. I would highly recommend him!

Andrew was fantastic, during our military move we experienced a seller backing out and Andrew was all over it. He knows the city and has the resources to help with anything. Couldn't be happier with our new family friend.

Mr. David Cawood of The Templeton Team (@Keller Williams Realty) is a consummate realtor, and more importantly, an impressive problem solver.  I had a vexing real estate transaction: an REO, no conventional financing available because of multiple pejorative conditions etc.  He habitually found solutions when problems were insurmountable.In a dynamically changing environment, you want him on your team: he won't let you down.
