Susan was referred to us by a friend of a friend. We talked on the phone and told her what we were looking for, she followed up by sending us listings as they became available. Since we were out of state, she was more than willing to go to the homes we were interested in and walk us through them via video and give us her thoughts on the properties. We decided to put in a bid on one and she helped us structure the bid that we eventually won. Her team (Dana) was fantastic with answering all our questions regarding closing and other matters always returning calls, texts and emails very promptly. We highly recommend Susan and her team!

If you are looking to buy or sell a home, you really want to give Susan a call. She is all things you'd expect from a responsible realtor and more. She definitely knows the business and has her clients' best interests at heart. She is professional and knows how to be tactful yet, at the same time, cut to the chase. We have called on her services both for help with buying and selling homes. I really can't imagine anyone any better anywhere!
