I was evaluated by his assistant on March 3rd to get an accommodations letter for extended time on a certification exam I must take to work in my field. I was told it would take 3 weeks to receive my letter, so when it passed 5 weeks I began calling. I was told it was ready yet but that it would be sent within the week. It was not, so I called multiple times a day leaving multiple messages until I got a call back to be told that if I sent him an email he would reply with the letter. He did not. I continued to leave voice-mail and send emails, all with no response for another month. Today July 9th, 4 months later, I got ahold of the office staff at the offices he is located, and was told they have no way to contact him other than the voice-mail box I've been leaving messages at. My insurance was billed for this service that I did not receive so now I will have to waste more time getting the payment reversed so I can see someone else.

I left two messages with Mr. Rodriguez, He left for the day without returning my calls. I called his secretary for the third time. She was extremely unprofessional. She was screaming at me on the phone. She should not be working for a Psychologist when she clearly needs help herself for her aggression. Shame on her and shame on him for having such a rude unprofessional employee. Very degrading. Her tone was out of control. When I asked her why she isn't doing the scheduling she became extremely irate. She told me that I was rude to be defining her job. I told her as a secretary in most cases it would be her job to do the scheduling. Maybe she is not reliable that is why she isn't authorized to do it.

He was the best, he listened to me and explained everything perfect, and is amazing in returning phone call, i would highly recommend him for evaluation, great great work

He was nice but didnt spend as much time with me to get my background as i feel he should have in order to be more accurate on my evaluation preformed on me.
