They have always been very prompt, polite and get the job done as quickly as they can. Really enjoy the pricing plans they offer. We bought an older home last year and this has really saved us. Thank you for all the hard work you all put in. Each of you are appreciated!!!

We had a backed up sewer line on a Saturday afternoon. The first plumbing service we called said they would get back with us. Never did in a reasonable time. The second company came out quickly but only brought a 50 foot snake with no cutter blade. After trying for a while, they couldn't fix the problem at all but still charged us well over 100 Dollars. Then we called Roto-Rooter. They sent Lukas, a very friendly and knowledgable plumber who had the right equipment (a heavy-duty 100+ feet long snake with a cutter blade) and could clear our sewer line within half an hour. The service was not cheap but also came with a 30 day warranty and made us happy. We will never bother with anyone else in the future but Roto-Rooter.

The first guy come over and couldn't fix the problem. The next day they sent a guy that was more knowledgeable and he fixed it within the hour for the same one hour charge. Very happy with the company.

Roto-Rooter was able to respond to my water heater leak the same day. James and his partner did a great job in determining the problem and fixing it. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you Roto-Rooter.
