Dr. Lynn is a blessing in many ways than just physical. She is helping heal my pain from traumatic events that I had been suffering with for many years. Unlike most Doctors that will drug you and have you on many medications with side effects. She facilitates healing thru what we have available and uses what God gave us to heal. I love to walk, and last summer foot pain severely limited my walking ability. Thanks to Lynne's therapy I am able to walk 4 miles without pain now!

When I first saw Lynne, I was in great pain. I would say 8-8.5 out of 10. My mobility was impaired and I was miserable. From the very first appointment, I felt better and had increased range of motion. After 4 sessions and due diligence with the exercises Lynne provided (perfect for my situation), my pain level is now down to a one (1). Nothing short of miraculous in my experience. I feel completely empowered by the process!I highly recommend Lynne and River Light for anyone in pain or with limited mobility who is willing to do their part to shift out of it. Lynnes work on me has transformed my life. I came to her in my late sixties with fairly high expectations of what competent deep tissue work might help me achieve. Dr. Lynne has repeatedly brought health and mobility to my body far beyond what I had initially hoped for.
Despite the many traumatic injuries that Ive sustained over the years, Lynnes thoughtful understanding of my issues and her direct solutions to discomforts that have plagued me for decades have given me renewed enthusiasm for the many things this old body can still enjoy. Ive taken many of her yoga classes and found, especially with her Back Care class, a consistent and patient respect for my particular limitations and enormous insight and help overcoming them.
Dr. Lynne is generously knowledgeable and is an exceptional human being. It is a pleasure to be in her care.
