I chose this firm due to good reviews left by others. I asked for help with my case over a year ago and everything seemed be going okay. I provided all requested documentation within a few months and they let me know they would be in contact and would keep me updated. In Sept., I was told they would be in contact. In Jan I requested an update and was told they would be on contact. Again, nothing, so I requested an update about 3 weeks ago due to the statue of limitations expiring soon. Still nothing... Mine was a small case...probably wouldn't have even made them much money. My advise would be, if you have a small case, don't bother calling this firm as they will just set your file to the side and let the statute of limitations run out on your case without communicating with you. Conveniently, you can only find the good reviews for them on any site...

Mark Fine and his team did an amazing job with my case. They worked just about 6 years on my case and they put in the same quality efforts in everything they did from beginning to end. Your not only getting a lawyer that treat you like family, but a whole staff that can be comforting in such tragic time. They are empathetic, professional, and they know what they are doing. One of the best moments I had while working with them that showed me that they are paying attention to every detail of my case is when we were in mediation and the other parties made a comment about my case and it took my team (The Fine Law Firm) 5 seconds for them to reference one statement out of thousands of pages to ensure that we had our facts straight and I was so impressed. You get high quality service, professionalism, and you get treated with welcoming arms that are very precise in their work. They answered every questions I had and I cannot be more thankful to have such an amazing team on my side.

I worked with the Fine Law Firm for almost two and a half years, and I wouldn’t choose any other attorney for my case. David Fine was very approachable but also professional at the same time. He’s very knowledgeable so I knew I was in good hands but he also explained things so that I could understand it easily which was important, especially with all the legal jargon. He took the time to answer all of my questions and never talked down to me. Also, David and his staff stayed in communication with us regarding anything we needed to know about, and they were all very pleasant and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely work with this firm again if needed as it was a positive experience overall. On top of it all, we won our case! I would hands down recommended the Fine Law Firm to anyone seeking legal assistance.
