Great service and caring people! A rare combination these days. They work very hard to care for me as an individual.

2 years ago I posted when these folks were Quadra health and they were awful as a new iteration they are called Lynx and are even worse if that is possible. No stars would be a more viable option for the mess they have evolved into. New update, they have gotten even worse if that is even remotely possible! Where do they hire their rude and clinically unsanitary staff? I am contact the NMDOH! I have had it!

Just the bottom of the pain management barrel. From the minute they took over my prior pain management company, it was one screw up after the next. Horrible communication within the company and ridiculous wait times. Towards the beginning of the pandemic more than one employee giggled when I asked why no masks in a healthcare place. My frustration boiled over after scheduling my appointment for the doctors first patient of the day as Im a therapist and cannot be late for my patients. THREE months in a row, the doctor did not show for our appointment and I was told (after over an hour wait on the office) to go home and hed do a telehealth session. THREE months in a row. Id certainly be fired if I did that to my patients. Lynx fired me because they said I didnt follow protocol for a urine test after they initially told me I just had to run in and have them do a pill count. I barely had time to do that and was told after I got there to do the test - I had just peed and couldnt wait around until I had more urine. Do yourself a favor and find another provider. Ive had spine problems for 30 years and have been to many pain clinics - this one was by far the worst. And finally, no one there seemed to be even the least bit concerned by my repeated problems with the doctor. The manager seemed to be annoyed that I was annoyed that the doctor didnt show. Real professional

I was a patient of Dr. Blacks for many years. Then one day I went in for my appointment and they said Dr. Black is no longer gonna be here. She retired so now they placed me with Reuben. I told him how Dr. Black and I discussed what was best for my treatment and what we were doing as far as my treatment. He just kept saying he couldnt help me until he has my medical records and I should bring in all my medications. I kept telling him my medical records should be on file. He said they werent. So I asked him you want me to go get those now and come back. He said yes. So I ran around to get what was needed and brought them back in to him like he asked. He was really frustrated with me cuz I couldnt understand what he was saying cuz of his accent. Then he told me I was wasting his time and he had other patients to see. Like I wasnt even a patient of his to acknowledge. I left the office crying and I asked to see another doctor. Then I saw Dr. Plyman he told me there is nothing he could do for me and that he was discharging me from the pain clinic completely. . I told him that wasnt right! Why would you not want to help me? Why are you discharging me from the pain clinic completely! He was rude and told me he is the Medical director and he can do whatever he wants! This doctor is rude judgmental and not there to help his patients but push his weight around!

About
Lynx Healthcare

About Lynx Healthcare Lynx Healthcare, which has locations in Farmington and Albuquerque, New Mexico, specializes in comprehensive, individualized pain management. The skilled team of board-certified practitioners knows how deeply chronic pain can affect their patients’ lives. They strive to improve patients’ health and wellness while helping them maintain their productivity, cognitive function, and enjoyment of life. Chronic pain — or pain lasting 12 weeks or longer — comes from a number of different conditions and injuries. Often, it stems from an injury that already completed its initial healing phase. The team at Lynx Healthcare specializes in interventional pain medicine for complex regional pain syndrome, arthritis, spinal stenosis, herniated discs, sciatica, migraines, and post-surgical pain. When patients have neck pain, back pain, knee pain, nerve pain, neuropathy, or pain in any other area, the Lynx Healthcare team uses state-of-the-art technology to diagnose it at the source. Then, they create a personalized treatment plan for your specific condition. Most plans involve more than one approach, including regenerative platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, knee viscosupplementation, epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, and physical therapy. For many procedures involving injectables, the team uses fluoroscopy guidance for precision. In addition to pain management, Lynx Healthcare specializes in addiction medicine. They provide in-depth and non-judgmental Suboxone treatment plans for patients with opioid addiction and offer ongoing opioid therapy management. For top-of-the-line addiction or chronic pain care, call Lynx Healthcare or book an appointment online today.
