Ive been coming to CHS for 6 years now. They are friendly and accommodating to your needs and schedule. The thing I like the most they are no nonsense and get the exam done quick. Thank you guys!

Not liking the changes this place has made. Used to be my go to place for my dot physical. Not anymore dont like the attitude or the new policies. Ill just use my employer paid physical place from now on

I went in for my yearly DOT Physical and was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Far better than places I've gone to in the past. Staff was super friendly. Will defiantly Be going back.

Went for a routine CDL exam to recertify for my medical certificate. I actually thought the receptionist was pretty condescending and the doctor was rather abrupt. Both had unnecessarily curt and rude demeanors. I don't like to pay alot of money to get treated poorly and I left the office feeling like some kind of moron. The "exam" is a joke, that lasted less than 10 minutes. The "doctor" is simply a chiropractor. I wonder if they could be relieved of their DOT exam responsibilities somehow. Seems like unsafe, unhealthy drivers could easily get their certificate through here. I'll definitely find another facility to go for my next re-certification.
