For reference, I had an appointment at 9am on a Thursday. I really liked it here. I haven't had my nails done in over a decade because of work and last time was a bad experience, so I was apprehensive. Honestly, it wasn't bad. My nails look great, and they were gentle. There were some things that stood out. My tech was "sanding down" my heel (I don't know what else to call it) and he was just taking the flecks in the face like a champ lol. I mean he had glasses on but that was it! I got powder dip nails and they are beautiful. I did read online that they're not supposed to dip your nails directly into the powder container, which is what they did. Other than those two things, the place was nice, everything else was in working order, and the people were kind. I would go back.
