I go to Zen Nail Spa regularly. Their quality is consistently great and my manicures and pedicures seem to last longer then other places I've been. The staff is kind and their prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend! Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Very rushed- filed our polish off- wasn't gel. Gross part was she used a used file from the nail set she had used on the previous client. She painted a clear coat on my right toes in vertical strokes, nice and even- then a horizontal line across my toes on the left foot. Entire nail wasn't covered. Polish looked bumpy. Just really rushed. They definitely wanted out of there by 6. Service: Pedicure

It was disturbing that while getting a pedicure the older lady was "repulsed" by my feet. Which did not make me feel good or welcomed. Believe me, I've seen worse! It was also rude and disrespectful that they kept talking in their language about it- it was THAT evident,  sadly. I was going to get the deluxe treatment but change my mind after I saw her reaction. I thought "why should I give more of my money for treatment they don't even want to do?". When I cancelled that extra, the younger tech got mad at the older one and ended up leaving us both to go talk in the back room. very unpleasant experience :(
