Working with Jake as my loan office was one of the best decisions I could have made as first time home buyer. He helped me through a long and tricky process to finance a home in the Taos area. Throughout the process, Jake frequently communicated with me and would often call just to let me know how the progress with the loan was progressing. He ALWAYS took the time to answer every single one of my questions on the process and would give great easy to understand explanations. Jake helped me navigate a tricky situation with the timing of the loan due to closing being delayed due to a delay in title work. I cannot recommend working with Jake enough, especially if you are a first time buyer or looking in the Taos area. Jake truly cares about his clients and handled the entire process with transparency and honesty.
