GREAT service! I've sold 2 houses with them. One had an offer and sold for our asking price in one week. Second had an offer in 8 hours and we got more than our asking price. We're planning to use 360 Ventures Real Estate again! Update: Once again, David Stafford and his staff have provided knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service. This is the third time we have used his service. Lately, anything related to the real estate industry has been very busy. Lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and other real estate services have been difficult to schedule. Even though this had been the situation, when we found the home we wanted and David was able to navigate through the buying process and close the sale within 30 days! He also advised us on making an offer. After both parties were done negotiating, he saved us $15,000. Our son has used him also, for real estate transactions and has done very well. I believe that if you give David (360º Ventures Real Estate ) the opportunity, you will benefit more than expected.

When it comes to buying or selling real estate in Albuquerque, David and his staff are second to none. Im an investor from out of the area. I deal with many from different markets around the US. I never met David in-person. I never felt I needed to. My first conversation with him maybe 7 years ago until my last in 2020, were always succinct, productive and informative. He is truly a blessing for me to have found. For a few years , one of his staff, James, managed my property. I cant say enough about him and his character. He work so hard for me. He was another blessing. When it came time to sell the property, David handled all aspects of the transaction with such care and humbleness, and at a fair, VERY FAIR rate. If you are looking to buy or sell real estate in Albuquerque area, this IS your man.

I sold a house then purchased another one, back-to-back which is quite overwhelming. I had sold/bought several times before but this time, I was very glad to have 360 Ventures as my real estate team. David, Michelle and Melissa were absolutely wonderful to work with. What I love the most about them is how responsive they all are. My questions were answered the same day and that made me valued. David Stafford uses modern technology tools to show and sell homes which made the selling/buying processes move very quickly and efficiently. He also has experience with fixer upper homes and I felt relieved to know he could offer his expertise on homes we were looking at. Even though I've closed on both homes, David's team is still here! They "don't just disappear." If I ever need real estate services again, I will definitely choose 360 Ventures.
