Jillian Sabatini was extremely patient with our wishy-washy flip-flopping from one possibility to another. When it came time to get a deal done she was extremely knowledgable but also willing to follow our lead and ask for everything we wanted. We got a great deal because she supported us bargaining hard for the perfect deal. Also, we just really like her!

My wife and I closed on our home in NE Albuquerque about two months ago. We were first time homebuyers, and worked with realtor Jimmy Sandoval over the course of about three months in summer 2021. Jimmy was responsive, punctual, and very patient with our many questions and scheduling conflicts. Between offering and closing, Anne's team was effective and diligent in communicating with all parties involved in the transaction. We were happy with references provided for professionals and lenders, and Anne's TC Lauren managed additional scheduling as needed. Overall, we had a good experience as first time buyers.

Absolutely amazing experience! Jillian Clark is one of the most professional, compassionate, knowledgeable (insert 10,000 other amazing adjectives) people we have met. The whole Vallejos team was extremely efficient with our home searching and buying process. We moved to ABQ from out of state and it felt so easy utilizing them. Absolutely would recommend to anyone. In fact, we did recommend them to our friend and now she is using Vallejos Realty to move to ABQ from WA!
