Delgado Wrought Iron

Id give then 10 stars if i could, We just had Delgado Iron put a set of security bars on one of 3 bedroom windows AND ARE VERY HAPPY! They look wonderful, We will be using them to put the bars on the other 2 Bedroom windows, and also to install a motor on our wrought Iron fence that encloses our driveway and yard so we can open and close it by remote control. Thank to Mr Delgado, his daughter and the gentleman that did the window today

Mr Delgado came out to my house, and provided a quote soon after. It took quite a while to get our front gate and side gates, but it was worth the wait. They both came out even better then I expected! I highly recommend Mr Delgado and his professional team.

Poor follow up/customer service. I had an estimate done for custom work on my home. After receiving the estimate I left message a message to move forward with the work. My phone calls werent returned until 2 days later. I was promised I would receive another phone call for an appointment to review the final process to begin work and 4 days later never heard from them. If this is their negligence in work ethic, it shows me that they cannot be trusted to do the job. Im moving on to a different company which is sad because I really wanted to support local.
