After our home insurance company denied us a new roof, even though many neighbors were having their roofs replaced due to hail damage, we hired Caid Riggin with All Star Public Adjusters. Thanks to Caid and All Star Public Adjusters, our insurance company quickly approved a new roof. All Star had the roof replaced in a very short amount of time. We would highly recommend their services.

Kaid and his team at Allstar public adjusters make the insurance claim process absolutely painless. they Scheduled the initial meeting with the insurance adjuster. They fought for a fair and accurate settlement on my behalf, which exceeded what the insurance company initially wanted to pay out for my roof. I feel like without Kaid and his team of adjusters at Allstar , I would not have received the same service or payment from my insurance carrier.I would not have known where to start without Allstar public adjusters they have been a humongous help through this whole process.

This is thee worst experience I’ve ever had dealing in an insurance claim or dealing with a “professional” customer based business. Shame on you Roger Leopold (adjuster) for your complete disregard and unprofessionalism. The whole experience was laborious, disrespectful and flat out shocking at how bad a person could be treated. After MONTHS of trying to get a relatively small check the owner Caid became involved and the issue was resolved very quickly. Of course he wasn’t aware of any of this as I’m sure they didn’t want the owner to know what a debacle this whole deal had become.

FYI, I've probably only written a couple Review's in my entire life. However, my experience with working these guys was exceptional! People, these guys deliver! They know their stuff! They are incredibly thorough, persistent, professional, and EFFECTIVE. Jordan was meticulous and his knowledge far surpassed every uncooperative insurance representative we were forced to deal with. I got my tar and gravel roof (a very large multi-level roof with 671 linear feet of parapet walls) fully replaced from damage due to a typical hail storm! The insurance company balked, adamantly refused to pay, and bullied me. But they ended up paying even more than we requested! This is almost unheard of. If you need professional help, from my personal experience, these guys are the Real Deal. The amount of work they put in just for me, deserved more than their fee charged, in my opinion.
