      Ms. Armijo, I believe you have the wrong law firm. We do not request any money to speak to clients. We work on a contingency fee which means we only are paid if the client is paid. I went through our records we cannot locate any call from you. I have confirmed with all of the lawyers in the office and no one has ever requested a down payment to meet with anyone. I suspect this is another Davis law firm (there are several in New Mexico) that you are thinking about. I'm happy to discuss this further, but this review is defamatory and suggests that we have committed fraud. We have not.
