Returned calls promptly. Great communication when they had to reschedule. Worked quickly and very professionally to clean up a large yard and trim the bushes. Made sure that everything worked well after the service. Will definitely use again

I hired Empire based on the Google reviews. Aeration was done at a great price. They gave me a great price on yard maintenance so I hired them. After the first service, they left a lot of leaves and debris, which was miles different from a service I used before. I called and was told that at the price I was paying, they could only do so much. When I hire a company though, I'm paying for the job, not time based on what I'm being charged. I decided to stick with them because the owner assured me they'll get it the next time - it's just the first time that required a lot of work. Well, the next time, one of the two workers was drunk and left before doing any work and, unfortunately, walked away (to not return) with the keys to the company truck. Needless to say, the work was subpar again, and the poor employee had to wait around for the spare key to be brought to him before he could leave. I still decided to stick with them. The next time they were scheduled (just this past Friday), no one showed, and no one called. Just nothing. Goodbye Empire. Services: Lawn mowing/maintenance, Garden tidy-up

Absolutely loved my experience with Empire. From the first phone call all the way to job completion, they were completely professional, prompt, and courteous. We will definitely use them again. Hard to find quality and value like this these days!
