I had smashed my wedding ring at work and stopped into Enchanted Jewelers to see if it could be fixed. They took my ring and reshaped it while I waited, and talked to me about some other ring options that would not deform quite as easily. Real nice, helpful people! What a concept!

I came into the shop to get my watch sized, not only were they very welcoming, but super kind. Highly recommend checking, enchanted jewelers out for any jewelry related needs. They do custom engravings too!

We purchased a wedding ring a bit over a year ago and within the first six months the ring was no longer silver. I took it and paid for the ring to be (I dont know what you call it) but to have the ring silver again. Well it was within 4 months and the ring is no longer silver again. I was asked if I use something on my hands that may cause this Really? No, i do not. I have more diamond rings and none of them turn this color and I had some more than 20 years. Sad since we trusted them on a wedding ring. They have not offered to replace it or give us our money back. Be careful who you trust sometimes better off going to a store that guarantees your ring.

Year after year, piece by piece Enchanted Jewelers has gone above and beyond for my family. From custom designing my husband's wedding ring to just replacing a small diamond on another ring, they have exceeded my expectations. I live out of state now and still bring my most loved pieces to them for repair or a simple inspection. Thank you so much for repairing my ring on such short notice.
