        After 40 + years of cashing my monthly installment, Mr. Ray Pratt is not responsive to phone calls and when questioned why he has not been able to help me with my one and only claim in 40 years, he became irate and hung up on my mother and I. I guess I couldConsider myself lucky because people that have been dealing with Ray never even received a call back when attempting to make a claim. I changed to Mark Rupp. He's awesome and doesn't take my 40+ yes and only claim for granted. I guess that's what happens when you don't take care of life long clients and spend too much time on the golf course.
