If zero was there that's what they deserve.
I have been with Paul Whitson for several decades. They were good at the beginning. In the past several years they take stuff off your policy without telling you. They constantly increase your premium without a good reason. Even if you have no incidents that you were at fault. Very unstable. In fact one long term office worker told me if I didn't like I could go some place else! Very unprofessional. I've probably paid for Paul's vehicle or home with my loyalty to him but its time to think about if they deserve your loyalty!

Paul is a great guy. Super sincere and honest and for that reason his team is the same way. They take the time necessary to get to know their customers needs rather than just a one size fits all approach

I have been with Paul Whitson for probably 25 years. With full coverage on my vehicles at the higher price due to wanting a low deductible.
Out of the clear blue the office staff took off my rental coverage and medical. Thank the Lord personal medical insurance.
The staff acts like you are a bother to them or down right rude when you ask them why they made changes on their own.
One staff member stated I should have looked at my policy 6 months ago.....really? If I didn't change anything why would it matter?
