Farmers Insurance - Rebecca Bogue

I was a customer of this agent/agency for 5 years. The first time I needed assistance to make a claim pertaining to a leaky roof, which was also my first interaction wherein they were not pressing me to renew my policy (pay them money), I was shocked at the lack of service. I advised them that I was going to begin shopping other insurance options in hopes that I could find an insurance company that ACTUALLY. OFFERED insurance in return for my money. Ultimately for the sake of continuity I opted to give this agent another chance with hopes that we would ultimately be able to come to a tenable resolution. I was even more surprised to find that only 2 weeks after the last correspondence I received from this agent attempting to get me into the office to renew my policy, that since I had informed them that I was shopping alternative options, she was suddenly unable to renew my policy again without a full inspection, mind you this is after my previous communication with her regarding the issues with my leaky roof. On top of that, I didn't receive a call from her directly to inform me of any of this, instead I received a. call from her assistant. WOW! UNPROFESSIONAL. POOR SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! STAY AWAY! Unless you like to waste money for a service that will never be provided when you need it.

What distinguishes one insurance company from another is the agent. I have one of the best agents FI has. Helpful, honest, quick to respond and all around very nice individual. The coverage is not the most expensive but it's not the cheapest either.
