Michele Romero - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been a customer for a year now and have had only positive experiences with this agency and staff. From switching my policies to State Farm, to understanding my options and premiums, to helping me file a small claim, the support I've received has been excellent. Katrina really knows her stuff!

Disorganized. Disrespectful. Downright nightmare of an experience. They couldnt get our coverage correct for months (auto and homeowners), caused our coverage to be cancelled (auto), double charged my fiancs parents while charging us for coverage on her car, inexplicably cancelled coverage on my future in-laws vehicle, and made it so not even corporate customer service could help, or take a payment, because they couldnt understand what Michelles office was doing. While they owned the blunders, Michelles staff, specifically Katrina, was incredibly rude and unhelpful in finding a solution. She would rather argue than fix the problem. Michelle had little to say other than sorry about your experience. Find a different agent and avoid the train wreck.
