Scammers. Our roof leaked horribly after our 2009 remodel and since then, large swathes of it have simply detached from the under layer of foam and blew off of the roof. Multiple leaks caused damage to the new interior plaster and vegas. They had a 20 year "warranty," and for a few years sent a guy to the house with patch and NO TOOLS - Anthony used his freaking fingers to apply toxic roofing patch! He did the bare minimum and never fixed several of the leaks. Then original Ex-El went out of business and apparently went back into business under the same name, except as a "repair" service. They informed us that our warranty was void and offered to repair our roof for a fee. I told them to get lost. Meanwhile our roof continued to leaked horribly in numerous places. Our entire roof now needs replacement less and it's only 5 years old. Crooks.

To say that the people at Ex-El, both the workers, the office staff and their supervisor, who may not actually exist, are the most incompetent people I've dealt with in Albuquerque in any capacity would be a generous understatement. Not only did they fail to install my foam roof within a reasonable time frame (Ex-El required nearly three months to complete the roof installation), the quality of their work was horrendous and their repeated attempts at correcting problems with the faulty installation were all ineffective. This company has had repeated problems with the Better Business Bureau and ranks as one of the worst companies in the Southwest region. I would advise anyone considering this outstandingly bad roofing company for any project, no matter how small, to choose any other company in Albuquerque. Hopefully Ex-El will soon be out of business, thereby preventing other people from experiencing its appalling ineptitude.
