I have called this facility a few times over the years for clarification regarding job testing and for general info. Ron is extremely prompt to return your call, offer accurate and judgement-free knowledge, and help you however he can. I wanted to point out that Ms. Cano (the 1-star review) leaves only either 5 or 1 star reviews on Google and primarily seems to frequent hair and nail salons. I don't appreciate anger-filled reviews for good companies and thought I'd do my best to discredit her shallow ability to cope with humans. I doubt "Charles immediately started screaming at her".

I came in to do a drug test and Charles immediately started screaming at me to put a mask on my baby. NM state law does not recommend nor require children under the age of 2 to wear a face covering. After explaining shes to little for a mask and she wont even keep one on he then suggests I leave her unattended in my car while its 85 degrees outside. If the facility is so concerned about COVID-19 I feel like they should be checking temperatures at the door and space the chairs 6ft apart to support social distancing, but I guess screaming at single parents of small children is the better answer.
