Lovelace Westside Hospital

Went for a routine Colonoscopy. Every staff member, from patient registration to prep nurse, anesthesiologist, doctor, OR nurse, and recovery nurse were very friendly and accommodating, ensuring a stress free experience . The procedure was on time, fast, and without any side effects. In addition the facility is nice, actually inviting, very clean and smelling fresh and without the hectic, seemingly uncoordinated hussle in other facilities. You feel like a person and not just number in a long line of other numbers (i.e. patients). I even had a wellness call from a nurse the day after my procedure, which was a very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this facility.

Had a scheduled appointment to get my gallblader removed. Woke up early and drove from Santa fe. Everyone was very kind and attentive. They answered my questions with no hesitation. Pre-op didn't take too long, and neither did the surgery. My husband was updated every step of the way. They even left me a get well card in my belongings. Dr balduf was so nice and not bothered by my incessant questions. I would definitely be back if the need arrives.

Oncology. Dr Wang and Dr McBride, their staff and the innumerable techs. Still in immunotherapy but have been cancer free for a year. Just everybody! I have a couple of other issues, pulmonary and gastroenterology and I don't think I could be in better hands. Thank you all, thank you Lovelace!

People were very professional and pleasant. The tests were performed on time and in a quick fashion. I am pleased with the experience.
