So very disappointed. My husband and I purchased our first home and used Sandia Home Inspections. After signing we began to move into our new home only to find out that we had a MAJOR problem. There was a gas leak at a furnace that Danny had inspected and passed, as well as our hot water heater not being up to code. There is also a gas leak in the main home line. The gas company had to take our gas meter and now our family is without gas or hot water. I reached out to Danny and he was very nonchalant about this and said that he doesn't bring out his "gas sniffer" unless he physically smalls gas. He shrugged it off like, oh well nothing that I can do about it. We went through him because we were in a time crunch and he had the soonest availability. I really wish I would have waited and found someone that would utilize the tools they carry to check for gas.

I’m a local broker in ABQ and have had the pleasure of working with Danny a couple times now and he’s nothing short of amazing. Professional and thorough! He does full home inspection plus termite and dry rot. Will recommend to everyone I know!

We highly recommend Sandia Home Inspections. Danny was so kind! We appreciate how straight forward and honest he was with us. He was very focused on his job, which felt reassuring that we were in good hands due to his hard work ethic. Danny was excellent at knowledgeably answering questions of all types and making us feel comfortable asking him his opinions and expertise. He felt very relatable. We would definitely use this company and Danny again!
