Dustin did our home inspection and Clifford did the pest inspection. They were both thorough, explained everything to us, showed us their concerns and what we can do to fix any issues. I am grateful that we chose A-Pro.

A-Pro Home Inspection is our #1 choice for home inspections not just because we know the owners/families but because they are super thorough and professional. We've worked with Danny Stone and Craig Sadberry, and both gentlemen have performed all the services we needed. Craig even did extra research for us to make sure our new build was up to code. A-Pro is a small family business that truly cares about their clients. Thank you for all your hard work!

Dustin, Curtis and Cyndee have all been very responsive. considerate and professional before, during and after the inspection process. Several of my clients have used their services when buying a home and they were very reasonably priced and reliable.

What makes me so upset about a business is when i feel as though they've taken advantage of me or my family. This was exactly the case. My 24 year old son and his girlfriend recently purchased a home. A-pro Home inspection was recommended by their realtor. They chose to add the pest and drain line option in addition to the home inspection. The home inspector was pleasant and it appeared he did a thorough job of the inspection (That's what you hope to get when you pay for one, after all). A few days after moving in to their home they smelled gas in the kitchen. I went to the house and indeed did also smell gas in the kitchen. We determined that it had to be the stove so we pulled it away from the wall to check for leaks in the line. I was shocked and very disappointed to find the line had been patched with some putty type compound. I'v added a picture. We immediately turn the gas off and my son called his realtor and the home inspector. The inspector replied. "They do not pull out appliances to check for poor connections." What? That absolutely makes no sense to me. This was after all a Home Inspection, and by definition of the term, that's exactly what should have been done. An inspection - not simply a look-see. I don't believe they paid for a look-see!! How does any reputable inspector not see this patch, or think it's ok? This is serious and could have caused major damage to their house or possibly killed them both!! It's truly unacceptable!!! As it stands right now, my son is out $330 to get the gas line repaired plus the cost of his worthless inspection and is still waiting for the business owner to return his call. I'm extremely upset and I feel as though they have been taken advantage of - probably because of their age. A-pro's guarantee of FREE 120-day "If We Pass It, We Protect It" Guarantee (we're accountable for oversights!) - taken directly from their website is total garbage and a lie. I will be contacting the better business bureau and warning everyone I know to stay away from this shady business.

We used A-pro for the home inspection on a home we are looking to buy. The inspection was thorough and the inspector took time to look at concerns I pointed out to him. We also liked that we were able to get different inspections, termite and sewer, through A-Pro and didn't have to call and schedule with different agencies. I feel that the inspection helped us to be informed buyers by making the report easy to follow and understand. I would seek out their services again.
