        I was not a customer of and didn't live in Paul's house. I only went for a talk, and was surprised to see the owner at model homes. I talked to him, and he was kind of arrogant. He did not like me asking any questions although it is all about a house that has not been built. Even, the lot wasn't fenced off. I would be very careful if doing business with Paul. You have to put everything in writing, literally everything. He brushed off every concern I had like I am a little kid who does not know what to ask. Very poor customer service directly from the owner. Paul will stay in business because there are no new houses in Albuquerque at all. On the top, he has energy efficiency as an excellent sale pitch. But, be careful. His houses are much more expensive than regular ones although almost all new houses are environmentally friendly to some degree. If you wanna a new house in Albuquerque, you don't have many options to start with.
