Supposed to be open until 4pm, arrived at 3:50pm Already locked the door and refused to help the 4 customers outside trying to buy their products Immediately at 4pm, 5-6 employees walked out as potential customers watched Question? How do you stay in business turning away multiple customers during posted business hours?

The place to find the hard to find fasteners. Store is well organized and clean with nice lighting. The parking lot was clean. The customer service was excellent I showed them a broken bolt and they were able to find a replacement. I was glad to see they carry rivets and rivet guns among other tools and hardware. Vote with you dollars and support local small business. My advice would be to go here first and get exactly what you need.

I came in for 2 really unusual threaded fasteners. They only had one of them. They gave me the other for free and sent me to their competition for the other. Can't beat that! I'll definitely come back again.
