They ruined my hair, turned my hair from a nice blonde to a copper color. I HAD long FULL hair. I specifically had asked for blue tones. Idk why the heck hair stylist do what they want, & not to mention they add a lot of “products” to your hair without asking & somehow forget to mention that they will Charge you for it

Would not recommend based on 3 visits. The dog is nice, but does not belong in a place of business jumping up in your lap when you have a head full of color. Not to mention unsanitary and probably in violation They do not offer water coffee or anything even when you are in the chair for 2+ hours. No place to put your purse nor is one made available for you. No place to put your coat and you're also left to fend for yourself to drape it over one of the 4 chairs in the tiny waiting area. The amount of upsell that you are subjected to is ridiculous. As another reviewer mentioned, it appears they more money they think you have, the more the services they can push. I mentioned my husband did well in his business and next visit my usual service went up in price, and without a proper consultation. Unprofessional at best. If you're looking for a cold atmosphere and technically ok services this may be the place for you. But we're talking hair here, not brain surgery. Come down to earth and value your clients. We are paying your salary. Don't treat us like chumps.
