Monica Ortega is phenomenal! I feel seen and heard. She takes the extra time to talk and sort out issues and all her referrals are timely! Very happy with Monica and will continue to return.

My Dr. Is Dr. Ortega, but sometimes other Dr.s help out. They all are Excellent and they provide the BEST care to their patients and take their ti e to listen. To you and give you or lead you to the right direction as to where your health needs. To me they are the best In town. I still love my own Dr. ORTEGA. I GIVE THEM 10 STARS IF There was the option to do s o. Thank you all

Talk about an experience Environment was excellent and welcoming. Staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating! Im a new patient and will definitely be a REGULAR! Thanks @ortegawellnes

This place was highly referred to me, but Im NOT sure why! After my initial appointment and being prescribed medication the NP assured me he would be looking at my situation and symptoms and following up with ideas for testing and blood work. (Note: provider was patient and seemed genuinely concerned) Although almost 3 weeks later, I had heard ZERO, ZILCH from Ortega Wellness. I followed up only to be told that I needed to forward over medical records and that the provider was out of town. I immediately emailed over my medical records like I was instructed and received a response from Aubriana who assured me the provider would look at my records and reach out to me. About a week and a half later still NOTHING. At this point, I reached out again only to find that my records and message had not been forwarded to the provider or apparently anyone. The lady I spoke to seemed unaware and could not speak for her co-worker. I than asked if it would be at all possible to speak to the original provider and was told I needed to schedule an appointment. Clearly some communication issues here. NOTE: I would like to be fair and say that someone did reach out to express what had happened and apologize.
