Walked in just looking for a work truck. They had exactly what I needed. F-450 with a flat bed. They made it quick and easy.

My experience up until recently had always been good. However, after my transmission failed, thankfully under the power train warranty, the speed at which they have worked to fix my truck has been slower than a snails pace. I knew my transmission was messed up and made an appointment to drop it off about a week in advance. You would think that means my truck is scheduled to get looked at. Nope. It sat in their garage for 10 days before they even diagnosed it. The diagnosis came on a Saturday so they didnt even bother ordering the part until the following Monday and a week later my truck is still sitting there 20 days later without so much as wrench laid on it. Moreover, they gave me a loaner vehicle while mine was being fixed as a courtesy (considering my truck was under warrant seems more like it should be a requirement). I was informed that the odometer could not go over 500 miles. I thought not a problem, I should only have it for 10 days. As you know from up above, Im currently at 20 days and despite driving this loaner vehicle as little as possible in Albuquerque, Im about to hit the 500 mile mark. When I called to let them know I was getting close and still had no timeline on my truck, I was basically met with well just try not drive it, but there was really nothing else they could do and would start charging me $2 per mile over 500 miles. I think my 4 year old son could come up with better advice or service than that. Again, when I was getting really close to 500 miles I called to ask them about a plan. I called in the morning and my message was never returned. That was actually the third time I called without a call back. I suppose I have no choice but to drive in tomorrow when I will be at about 500 miles on the dot on their loaner vehicle and actually demand some progress or accommodation because up this point its been nothing but frustrating. Probably will not go back to this dealership or purchases another vehicle from them once they complete my repairs

Just bought a certified used vehicle and have not even made my first payment. Its in the shop for the 2nd time and even with the extended warranty we are being charged 300 dollars!!! Buyers beware! This is a terrible company who only wants your money. After they make the sale, you are worthless to them. Selling certified used vehicles that the check engine light goes on 2 weeks later and they are not willing to fix. Highly disappointed. Will be telling everyone never to shop here.
