Flew with this group last summer. Enjoyed the scenery, enjoyed the sites with the balloon ride. We didn't go very high in the balloon. Compared to the other balloons in the sky with us that morning, this seemed unusual. The pilot said he didn't want to cross the river, which made me question his abilities. We had a very scary landing in a residential area and the balloon touched a wire and a large spark blew and burnt a hole in the balloon. For safety, we had to stay in the balloon until the chase team rescued us from the wire. A scary 8 minutes. I would use another company.

Beware of THIS Company. They SUB-OUT their Balloon Rides during the Fiesta. Six people were in our group and they charged $1500.00 for a 40 minute flight. We SOARED 50 FEET ABOVE THE POWER LINES and went down in a School ball field. Sometime below the house roof peaks. We were were overloaded (6 people in 6 person basket + pilot)Pilot had to sit on the Propane Tanks during the flight. We waited in the rain since 5:00AM (In Rain), and then they processed TWO TOUR BUSES(that showed up at 6:45) in front of us. NO pictures as advertised. Continental breakfast was two cold and cheap sweat rolls from the 7-11 store. They would not give any us a Credit or Refund for this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. FIND A HONEST BALLOON COMPANY. NOT THIS ONE.
